About Me

I’m a Texas native who earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Georgia, followed by a Master of Science in Accounting from the College of Charleston. After graduating, I made my way to Charlotte, NC to kick off my public accounting career at a regional firm in 2010.

I’m a licensed CPA (NC License: 36668) and a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Staying current with the latest accounting and tax updates is important to me, so I’m actively involved with the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (NCACPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). After all, there’s always something new to learn!

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me exploring Charlotte with my family, diving into a good book (or audiobook), and rooting for the DAWGS!
